Hi people,
I wanted to say some things, which are important. First of all it is to decide what type of clan we want to have. At the ocazie we have forum and TS but we don' t have community, which is very important. We have "random" clan. So it is good clipă to decide, if we want to participate in such clan, where people say "hello" and "bb" or we want to do something with it.
If it is decided to stay as "random" clan we can act like now, but i suppouse some good player will leave than. (For me "random" clan is stupid because we don' t even have CH for buffs...)
If we decide to make better than "random" clan ( don' t mean pro but better like now)we need to do some changes. Some things i suggest:
give ppl limited time to make usefull sub!!!
make ONLY clan/ally partys (no shouting in aden if 7 ppl online!!!)
kick inactive ppl (if they start to play we recruit them again)
start farming RB
recruit some support and destros
if anyone has any suggestion than post here or pm me in game

I have to disagree. Ofcourse, first you try to get a clan/ally party, but 20 people could be on, if you ask for party and nobody answers cause they`re in full parties or whatever shouting in aden is a good idea.
I belive this is what you also meant (first try clanchat) but it wasn`t clear enough.

I mean that if there is enough ppl to fabricate clan party than we should do this.
Ofcourse if there is 5 dd or 5 buffers it does not make any sense to leave current partys and lucrate new one, but if there is such possibility to create clan party we should do this
